I like it. I think it has a good mix of simple colors, but is not boring. The d and the B are grouped together in an interesting, but still professional way. My only question is why an 'o' isn't included if Online is part of the company name.

Of course, the letter 'O' is included. d and B are inscribed inside a big 'O'. Hence the logo is complete. However, I have to say that it could have been a bit more creative. But yes, it looks professional.
