Hilton Worldwide Resorts needed a full site audit and a comprehensive strategy in linking the online Worldwide Resorts to the relevant main Hilton online properties.
The challenge was to create an IT infrastructure with the ability to scale and flexibility to support current and future business needs; extend system management and monitoring capabilities; and reduce IT management costs while increasing performance and reliability. Clear Goal Media further needed to plot a methodology to catch potential errors fast and connect the Hilton.com booking process firmly to all relevant Hilton WWR properties
Through the creation of bespoke software, an integrated database and a site map generator with error reporting all issues with the WWR site were immediately established. The reporting mechanism also showed what properties on WWR needed connecting with the main checkout facilities on Hilton.com and the two sites were integrated in less than 48 hours, much to the surprise and delight of the client.
